Joy to the World
As part of our church vision, we want to reach people internationally according to Matthew 28:19 — Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.This year, our team will again travel to Montego Bay, Jamaica, to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is an honor and a calling we are committed to fulfilling together with the Lord.

Joy Church and World Changers Bible Institute has embarked on short-term missions to Jamaica for many years. We partner with local church Family Church on the Rock and work together to reach people.
In 2023, Joy Church was able to take a team of over 60 people to Jamaica to spread God's Word. During this week, the team was able to lead over 1,800 people to a relationship with Jesus.
Ministry
Joy to the World teams get the honor of ministering in multiple avenues. In the span of a week, teams will visit local orphanages to love and support children, hold large school ministry sessions, visit and lead ministry in multiple school classrooms, connect with families, train pastors and leaders through a pastor's conference, as well as personally introduce individuals to God's Word in public venues.
It has been our honor to be able to minister God's Word to so many people in Jamaica, and we are expectant for God to move and demonstrate His love through our team again this year.

First, we highly value your prayers. We believe God wants to reach many people in Jamaica, and we would like you to help us believe God for divine connections. In addition, please pray for the health and safety of our team, and for their boldness to share the love and Word of God.

Note: All gifts received will go towards the Joy to the World group missions fund, and any monies received for a group member who is unable to take part in a trip, will go toward said fund. Any monies received over and above the costs for the entire group to go on the missions field will go toward Joy Church operational costs.
